Enable mouse wheel scroll between workspaces

- Install Compiz Config Settings Manager (CCSM)
- Open CCSM and go to: Desktop > Viewport switcher > Desktop based viewport switching
- Set «Move Next» to button5
- Set «Move prev» to button4
